Latteria’s monthly chef takeover welcomes Harry Bourne from Pastel Wine Bar for a one-night Thai-inspired menu. Dishes include roti with Penang curry butter, Chiang Mai sausage ragù, khao soi fried chicken, and fried young banana with salted coconut and pandan soup.
